Wow.. This isnt so difficult.
Running Half marathong on Nov 26 - First Time :)
Excited of completing the marathon & fear of Failure at the same time.
I am tracking my weight as well during my practise.
I feel I am using a unique method..read somewhere in internet :)
1. Measure weight before hit the bed
2. Measure weight after clearing up the bowels
& surprisingly I see a difference of 2 - 3 lb, every morning. Strange.
Need to get more data to investigate this further.
